The homeowner attempted to repair a bleach stain following a YouTube video. The result was worse than the original stain, so she called us to repair. We were able to fit it in the same day and by the time we were done the carpet was back to original condition. We used a section from the closet as a donor piece, replacing that section with a new piece of carpet.
